For the truth:
I was contacted by Mr. A.M. who wanted information to make a shoe in which to insert the orthopedic insole.
I advised Mr. A.M. to wait to send his shoes, explaining what the modalities were.
He sent the same, only one shoe by the way, stating that in the end you could also opt for a shoe without an orthopedic insole.
When I received the package, I tried to explain that the procedure was to first achieve a correct fit, then add space to insert the orthopedic insole, always receiving the following response:
"If the shoe size is like the one I sent you, then it should already be fine."
.... not to mention the words on shipping costs to get the package back .......
Shoes made to perfection are not made with words, it takes experience and method, and sometimes it is not even enough.
Making shoes so "light" is not our style.
This is for the honor of truth.
